How long will it take to get my order?

If its in stock we will deliver within 7 days, depending on how far you are away from us. If its not in stock, we are then in the hands of the manufacturer. We will find out the information you need and let you know exactly how long it will take before you order.

I work during the day, do you delivery any other time?

We can arrange to deliver at a time to suit you. We will deliver on a weekend if you prefer, or if you are within a couple of hours from us we can deliver on an evening.

I can’t find what I’m looking for.

Call us or e-mail us. We can obtain most musical instruments, if not through us we can put you in touch with someone.

The item I purchased has stopped working.

Sometimes things can go wrong! Providing its still under warranty we will repair it. We will require you to package it up and then we will arrange to collect it at our expense and return it to you once its fixed. For larger items, we may arrange for an engineer to call to your home.

What if I change my mind?

If you’ve ordered a product and not received it, please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to change the order. If the order is already in transit to you, you have 7 days to return it to us in its original condition and packaging (at your own expense) for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued once the item is back in our premises and has been checked.

Will you part-exchange my present instrument?

We would certainly consider it, depending on what it is and how old it is. If we do take a part-exchange, the item must be in full working order. We are NOT able to take in 2-manual organs with pedal board.
