Delivery, Returns and Cancellation Policy

Delivery

Delivery is FREE on all pianos and keyboards advertised on this website, and will normally be done within 7 days of order. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to let you know how long the item will take. If you wish to continue with the order, we will require a non-refundable 10% deposit.

Keyboards will be delivered Parcelforce 48hr. For a small delivery charge (depending on your location), we can deliver personally in our own transport at a time to suit you. Please contact us for details of this service

Digital Pianos are fully assembled and tested before they are delivered (unless you specify otherwise) and delivered by our own staff and transport (fully insured). This enables you to take delivery at a time to suit, which can include weekends if you prefer at no extra cost.

On order of a digital piano, please ensure we have the correct details (ie delivery time and colour of piano) at the time of order. Amendments after order may slow down the delivery process.

Returns

If you receive faulty goods from us, we must be advised in writing or by e-mail within 7 days of you receiving the goods and we will happily collect the item at our own expense and supply you with a replacement (unless you advise otherwise). If the goods go faulty within the warranty period, please advise us as soon as possible. We will arrange for keyboards to be brought back to us to be repaired under warranty. On larger items (digital pianos), we will arrange for an engineer to visit you on site to carry out the work.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel within 7 working days of receiving your goods for all orders done online. To obtain a full refund, goods must be returned to us at your expense and in their original condition and packaging. Once we have received the goods back at our retail premises, we will then refund any money due.
